Aims
- The goal of
the group is to lead and facilitate epidemiological research on
disorders of glucose tolerance and its complications, and to act as a
forum for interchange and dissemination of findings.

Annual meeting
The 43nd annual meeting of the EASD European Diabetes Epidemiology
Group (EDEG) will be from Saturday 5 till Tuesday 8 April 2008, in

EDEG Diabetes Epidemiology Training Courses
The 10th WHO/IDF Cambridge Seminar on the Epidemiology and Public
Health Aspects of Diabetes Mellitus will take place in July 2008. More
information can be made available in due time at http://www.mrc-epid.cam.ac.uk
The next EDEG advanced diabetes epidemiology training workshop will be
organized early 2009 by Ronald Stolk, Department of Epidemiology,
Groningen, the Netherlands. Detailed information will be available on
