INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION

Individual registrations have to be made by means of the secured online registration programme. Please register online at www.easd.org (secured site).

Early registration closes on 9 July 2010 and any registration received after this date will be charged at the higher rate. Participants will receive confirmation of registration and payment.

Registration in the EASD Office in Düsseldorf will close on 27 August 2010. Registrations after this date have to be processed onsite in the conference centre “Stockholmsmässan”.

Payments cannot be transferred to the new registration. €50 is charged for administration costs and the balance is reimbursed. The reimbursement is processed after completion of the new registration.

The new registration is processed at the rate valid on the day of the new registration

Name changes cannot be made after August 27 and name changes onsite in Stockholm are not possible.

REGISTRATION FEES

The term “Paid-up member” refers to persons who are recorded at the EASD Office in Düsseldorf as a paid-up member at the time of the Annual Meeting.

New membership applications will be accepted only before 1 July 2010. Membership renewals will be processed until 1 August 2010.

CANCELLATIONS

Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

• Received before 9 July 2010: 100% refund (minus €50 handling fee)

• Received between 10 July and 27 August: 50% refund (minus €50 handling fee)

• No refund on cancellations received after 27 August 2010
