Early registration closes on 10 July 2009 and any registration received after this date will be charged at the higher rate. Participants will receive confirmation of registration and payment. On arrival, participants must show this confirmation at the Registration Desk. Participants will receive their documentation and name badge, which MUST BE WORN throughout the Meeting.

Registration in the EASD Office in Düsseldorf will close on 4 September 2009. Registrations after this date can only be made during the meeting at the on-site registration counter in the conference centre (“Messezentrum Wien”).

 

If you intend on registering 20 or more delegates you must first create a group account. Please follow Step 1 below to create a group account.

Once you have received your login and password you will be able to access your group account details via Step 2 or via the "Group Account Login" on the EASD homepage.

The term “Paid-up member” refers to persons who are recorded at the EASD Office in Düsseldorf as a paid-up member on 1 July 2009.

Payment is possible via:

When the registration process has been successfully completed and the appropriate fee has been received, delegates will receive per email the official receipt/confirmation which must be presented at the registration desks in the Conference Centre. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

•    received before 10 July 2009: 100% refund (minus Euro 50 handling fee)
•    received between 11 July and 4 September 2009: 50% refund (minus Euro 50 handling fee)
•    no refund on cancellations received after 4 September 2009.

It does not imply any commitment on the part of the organiser to waive the registration fee or provide financial support.

Please note that you need to be registered to the meeting and the registration fee has to be paid before applying for a “Letter of Invitation”.
