Registration for EASD 2025
Register now for a week of science, exchange and networking in Vienna
All registrations for the 61st EASD Annual Meeting, 15 – 19 September 2025, have to be made by means of the secured online registration system which is available via the MyEASD platform.
EASD does not accept "blank" registrations. EASD requires the following details of the attendee: First name, Last name, Country, Personal email address and Prescriber / Non-Prescriber status.
Persons under the age of 18 years will not be permitted to attend the EASD Annual Meeting 2025.
All rates are indicated in Euro. The term "Paid-up Member" refers to a person who is recorded at the EASD Office as a paid-up member before starting the registration process and the membership must be valid during the EASD Annual Meeting 2025.
All references to a date or a deadline, mentioned in this and other conference documents, refer to the Central European Summer Time zone (CEST).

Registration Fees
EASD is a non-profit organisation and as such not subject to VAT which also applies to the registration fees.

In person attendees receive:
- Name Badge / Congress Material
- Access to the Scientific Programme
- Access to the Exhibition
- Access to the Virtual Meeting Platform for the duration of the meeting as well as the following 4 weeks after the meeting (incl. live and on demand sessions, Industry content)
- Certification based on the attendee's in person and / or virtual attendance
- Public Transportation Ticket (valid from Monday, 15 to Friday, 19 September 2025)
Virtual attendees receive:
- Access to the Virtual Meeting Platform for the duration of the meeting as well as the following 4 weeks after the meeting (incl. live and on demand sessions, Industry content)
- Certification based on the attendee's individual watch
