Individual & Third Party Registration
The individual registration system is open and available via MyEASD. It will close on 19 September 2025, 14:00 CEST.
Methods of Payment
Payments can only be made in Euro (€).
Payment should preferably be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). When paying by bank transfer, bank are the sender's responsibility. The last name and invoice number of the attendee must be used as reference. Bank transfer payments are only possible before 28 August 2025.
Name Changes
All registrations are personal, in the name of the initial booking, and as such not transferable.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received before 28 August 2025: EASD will refund 100% of the registration fee minus a handling fee of Euro 50 per cancelled registration.
- No refund on cancellations after 28 August 2025.
Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of the attendee's participation.
Registration Confirmation
Registration confirmations will be emailed once payment has been received. This registration confirmation document will provide the attendee with the QR-Code to print the name badge onsite in Vienna and / or login requirements to access the EASD Virtual Meeting Platform.
