To benefit from the cooperation with Austrian Railway ÖBB, click on the link below and enter the TAN code KHCF84 there.
You will then be able to register as a new customer using your e-mail address and book your journey to the EASD Annual Meeting 2025 in a relaxed manner. Please note that each person has to create a new ÖBB account specifically for this congress. It is not possible to use an existing ÖBB account as each e-mail address can only be used once in the ÖBB booking system.
Registering entitles you to a 22% congress discount on the ÖBB standard fare, 10% off the international standard fare, and a special price for the ÖBB Nightjet when making your booking. Your customer account for the congress will be automatically deleted after the event and therefore after your return journey.

Travel Grants
EASD offers a limited number of Travel Grants to its young scientists (Student Members and Postdoc/Fellow Members) who are presenting authors of an accepted abstract.
The travel grant is intended to partially cover your travel expenses. The deadline for submitting a Travel Grant Application is Tuesday, 1st July 2025, 23:59 (CEST).
Registration to the Annual Meeting is NOT included.
How to apply
Please download and complete the Application Form and submit the application by email including the supporting documents:
- Brief recommendation by the Supervisor / Head of Department
Only applications that fulfil all the requirements below will be considered for a 2025 Travel Grant:
- Applicant is a presenting author of an accepted abstract
- Applicant is a paid-up EASD Student or Postdoc/fellow member
- Applicant submitted a completed application form
