Registration for EASD 2026
Registration for the EASD Annual Meeting 2026 will open in March 2026.
All registrations for the 62nd EASD Annual Meeting, 28 September – 2 October 2026, have to be made by means of the secured online registration system which will be available via the MyEASD platform. Persons under the age of 18 years will not be permitted to attend the EASD Annual Meeting 2026.
EASD does not accept 'blank' registrations. EASD requires the following details of the attendee: First name, Last name, Country, Personal email address and Prescriber / Non-Prescriber status.
All rates are indicated in Euro. The term 'Paid-up EASD Member' refers to a person who is recorded at the EASD Office as a paid-up member before starting the registration process and the membership must be valid during the EASD Annual Meeting 2026.
All references to a date or a deadline, mentioned in this and other conference documents, refer to the Central European Summer Time zone (CEST).

Registration Fees
EASD is a non-profit organisation and as such not subject to VAT which also applies to the registration fees.

- Certification based on the attendee's in person and / or virtual attendance
- Public Transportation Ticket

Cancellation Policy
Credit will not be given for unattended events or early termination of the attendee’s participation.
- Cancellations received before 10 September 2026: EASD will refund 100% of the registration fee minus a handling fee of Euro 50 per cancelled registration.
- No refund on cancellations received after 10 September 2026.
