Individual & Third-Party Registration

The individual registration system is now open and will close on 2 October 2026, 14:00 CEST.

Methods of Payment

Payments can only be made in Euro (€).

Payment should preferably be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).

When paying by bank transfer, bank charges are the sender's responsibility. The last name and the invoice number of the attendee must be used as reference. Bank transfer payments are only possible for registrations completed before 10 September 2026.

Third-Party Registration

To register someone else, please proceed as follows:

1. Go to MyEASD
2. Create / Log into your own MyEASD account
3. Select 'Individual & Third-Party Registration' on the MyEASD dashboard and 'Someone else'
4. Enter the required participant's details and complete the registration and payment for each of your participant(s) individually.

NOTE: It is necessary to enter the personal email address of the participant! If your clients are paid-up EASD members, you will need to enter their email addresses as recorded in their membership files to benefit from reduced registration fees.

Name Changes

All registrations are personal, in the name of the initial booking, and as such not transferable.

Registration Confirmation

Registration confirmations will be emailed once payment has been received. This registration confirmation document will provide the attendee with the QR-Code to print the name badge onsite in Milan and / or login requirements to access the EASD Virtual Meeting platform.
