Visa Invitation Letter issued by an Italian Organisation
In addition to the official EASD Letter of Invitation, you can also apply for another, more extensive travel visa document via the Italian agency MiCodmc.
This document is different from the standard EASD Letter of Invitation and is only needed for participants from certain countries (e.g. from Africa, Asia and the Middle East). For details on entry and visa requirements, please visit: vistoperitalia.esteri.it
MiCodmc is appointed as the official agency which will provide you with the Visa Invitation Letter (Lettera di invito per affari), issued by an Italian organisation to support your request for a Visa to join the EASD Annual Meeting in Milan, Italy, 28 September - 2 October 2026.
Please be aware that this external service is only available to registered participants who have paid their registration fee in full and already received the official EASD Letter of Invitation.
This external service incurs additional costs. EASD is not responsible for this extra service and as such, cannot be held liable.
Required documents to upload for the Visa Invitation Letter application:
- Official EASD Letter of Invitation
- Copy of passport
- Hotel voucher / confirmation
- Flight confirmation
- Employment declaration form (template provided during the application process)
- Information notice form (template provided during the application process)
