EASD Travel Grants 2026

EASD offers a limited number of Travel Grants to its young scientists (Student Members and Postdoc/ Fellow Members) who are presenting authors of an accepted abstract. 

This travel grant is intended to partially cover your travel expenses. Registration to the Annual Meeting is NOT included. 

The deadline for submitting a Travel Grant Application has been extended for Late-Breaking Abstract presenters: Monday, 27th July 2026, 12:00 (CEST) NOON.

How to apply

Please download and complete the Application Form and submit the application by email including the supporting documents: 

  • Brief recommendation by the Supervisor / Head of Department

Only applications that fulfill all the requirements below will be considered for a 2026 Travel Grant:

  • Applicant is a presenting author of an accepted abstract
  • applicant is a paid-up EASD Student or Postdoc/fellow member 
  • Application submitted a completed application form
