Elevate Courses

A multi-day integrated learning course, blending e-learning, workshops, lectures and other formats. Courses, dealing with topics in basic, translational and clinical diabetes are organized in collaboration with one or several local scientific societies under the supervision of the Postgraduate Education Committee of EASD. Agenda is decided in joint consultation with the societies involved.

TARGET AUDIENCE

Young clinicians interested in diabetology and endocrinology.

PLANNED ACTIVITIES

The EASD Postgraduate Education Committee has decided to postpone all courses planned in 2021/2022 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. New dates will be announced once the situation has become more clear.

HOW CAN I REGISTER?

The application system for EASD Postgraduate Courses is available via MyEASD. If you are an EASD member or you have already an account from your application to previous courses or the EASD Virtual Meeting or Annual Meeting registration, you can use the login details from your existing account (email address and password). All other users will need to create a MyEASD account first in order to apply for a course. This account may be used for any further applications in the future.

EASD will select venues for the delivery of face to face courses based on the following criteria:

observance of human rights within the legal system of the host country
the capacity of EASD to make courses available to people regardless of gender, race, religion, political belief or sexuality within the context of the cultural and legal practice of the host country
the capacity of EASD to ensure the safety of all course participants within the context of the political climate of the host country
