New Position Statement

EASD and ISPAD released a joint position statement addressing the use of automated insulin delivery (AID) systems during physical activity in individuals with type 1 diabetes.

The statement reviews current AID technology, offering clinical insights for managing physical activity in type 1 diabetes. It includes strategies for maintaining glucose levels within target ranges during both planned and unplanned exercise.
