 EASD Board Nominations 2025

The nomination process for three new members of the EASD Board is now open.

The nomination period will run from 14 May 2025, 10:00 CEST and close on 20 May 2025, 23:59 CEST

All eligible EASD members are invited to submit nominations during this period. Full details and submission instructions will be provided by Civica Election Services (CES) directly to eligible members. For more information on eligibility and requirements, please refer to the EASD/EFSD Board Book.

This medal and lectureship is the EASD's highest award in recognition of an individual's innovative leadership and lifetime achievements in diabetes research.

EASD Albert Renold Travel Fellowship Programme

Application Deadline: 17 June 2025

Travel fellowship to enable scientists and clinicians to travel and stay at other institutions in order to learn specific techniques or clinical skills required for the advancement of their diabetes research project.

EFSD and JDS Reciprocal Travel Research Fellowship Programme

Application Deadline: 1 July 2025

Fellowship to encourage collaborative research in the field of diabetes by enabling scientists from Japan to travel to Europe or its associated countries and vice versa.
