Management of type 1 diabetes in adults

This EASD e-Learning course provides an introduction to the ADA and EASD 2021 consensus report dedicated to adults with type 1 diabetes. Covering a vast range of topics, the report puts psychosocial support for people with type 1 diabetes centre stage, along with personalised care, individualised targets, diabetes self-management and education.

Joanne Boldison, first author of a recent paper in Diabetologia, will present and discuss her reserach findings on: Gene expression profiling in NOD mice reveals that B cells are highly educated by the pancreatic environment during autoimmune diabetes.

On Thursday,  2 February 2023 at 5pm CET, you will have the opportunity to interact with our guest and ask her as many questions as you want about this very interesting research.
