Diabetes in an ageing society – the role of multimorbidity

As populations age around the world, multimorbidity is an increasingly significant global challenge. This module explores the impact of multimorbidity and its corollary, polypharmacy, on people with type 2 diabetes and on healthcare systems, and looks at the practical steps care providers can take to provide co-ordinated, tailored solutions.


EASD - Robert Turner Clinical Research Training Course

Are you a junior doctor interested in research? Have you just started your research fellowship? Do you need training in clinical research design and analysis? Does your statistical training need an update?

This 4-day course from 19 - 23 June 2023 provides a basic training for clinical studies and is hosted by Oxford University’s Clinical Departments and open to clinically qualified physicians with a research interest in endocrinology and diabetes. Register by 11 April 2023 - Participant numbers are limited.
