Certificates will be available for download via your MyEASD account. The Certificate of Attendance is already available online, the EACCME CME Certificate will be available from 24 October 2022.

Joint ADA/EASD Consensus Report: Management of Hyperglycaemia in Type 2 Diabetes

The European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD) and the American Diabetes Association (ADA) have launched their consensus update on the management of hyperglycaemia in type 2 diabetes.

Type 1 diabetes and comorbidity

Comorbidities in type 1 diabetes, not only other autoimmune-related conditions but obesity too, have significant implications for treatment and quality of life. In this module, Professor Bruce Wolffenbuttel explores the comorbidities most commonly associated with type 1, whose treatment should be an integral part of care provided by the diabetes team.


The briefing room: Incretin-based medications

A roll-call of big names from the field of research into incretin-based medications join forces in our second episode of ‘The briefing room’ to describe the long, sometimes tortuous road to the delivery of medications that work by stimulating receptors for GIP and GLP-1 – and discuss where that road is headed next.
